Extension and renovation of a villa near Lake Léman in Armoy (74)

In collaboration with our partner architect DPLG Jean-Claude CARLES, BARYMO took care of the design as well as the realization of this project. We accompanied our clients for the creation of an extension of approximately 50m², renovation of the house as well as the exterior developments.
Close to Lake Geneva, this ideally located house has had a facelift. A radical change in aesthetics has allowed this old family home to be transformed into a magnificent villa with beautiful amenities.

Technical details:
-Creation of several openings in load-bearing walls to create a new space thanks to the extension
-Creation of an extension with connection to the existing roof
-Creation of a large sliding pocket door

Decorative details:
-Glass railings to maintain the openness to the landscape
-Painting of metal beams and posts in the same color as the new exterior joinery
-Treatment of interior-exterior coatings in order to have continuity and porosity
