The company BARYMO, project management company and general works contractor, specialist in renovation, located in Saint-Vulbas (01150), is recruiting an intern designer, assistant designer of space and study office.
The main missions are as follows:
- Map of the existing
- Sketch plans
- Execution plan
- 3D model
- Decorative concept project
- Quantitative descriptions of projects
- Preparation of town planning authorizations (building permit, prior declaration, etc.)
- Commercial brochure
- Marketing documents
Depending on profile and experience, other missions may also be entrusted such as:
- Logistics and site administration
- Costing of work for all trades
- Site organization and coordination
- Drafting of site reports
- Site monitoring (treatment of technical issues, planning, etc.)
This intern must be: rigorous, organized and persevering.
Proficiency in drawing software is essential, ideally Archicad.
Experience in the building trades would be desirable.
Knowledge of renovation would be an asset.
