Division of lots and renovation of apartments in the Bellecour-Hotel Dieu district in Lyon (69)
Following the completion of the lot division plans designed by Barn Architecture, Barymo took care of the project management and the execution of the works. From the creation of the networks to the proposals for decorative elements, we supported our client in his renovation project.
Ideally located, this apartment in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon offers magnificent features: moldings, herringbone parquet flooring, stone. Our goal was to give this accommodation a new lease of life and modernize it without distorting it and keeping the charm of the old.
Technical details:
-Creation of a technical platform for the discreet passage of networks
- Change of windows while retaining their historic profile: wolf's mouth locks, cremones and interior shutters
-The installation of Lyon blinds for a triple function: reduction of temperature in summer, occulting power and protection from view
Decorative details:
-The chipping of a wall to reveal the old stone
- Plume wallpaper and “Lune Bleue” wall paint to highlight the moldings
-Creation of a headboard in fabric-effect wallpaper to highlight the different volumes of the bedroom
