Creation of a second seasonal rental on the banks of the Rhône in Lyon (69)
Following the completion of the development plans designed by Barn Architecture, Barymo took charge of project management and carrying out the work.
We supported the client in their second renovation project for seasonal rental.
On the banks of the Rhône, this apartment will offer a sumptuous view of Lyon to globetrotters thirsty for scenery. High ceilings, exposed stone, Hungarian-point parquet and exposed beams for a typical architecture.
Technical details:
-Creation of a mezzanine in Boucaud flooring to optimize space
-Creation of an openwork guardrail combining safety, decoration and providing light
Decorative details:
-The chipping of a wall to reveal the old stones
-Renovation and matt vitrification of old Hungarian-point parquet floors to give a new lease of life to this old floor with a contemporary touch
