We supported the client in his renovation project for seasonal rental.
On the banks of the Rhône, this apartment will offer a sumptuous view of Lyon to globetrotters thirsty for scenery. Large high ceilings, exposed stones, Hungarian-point parquet flooring and exposed beams for a typical architecture.

Technical details:
-Creation of a mezzanine in Boucaud floor to optimize space
-Creation of an open railing combining safety, decoration and light supply

Decorative details:
-The pricking of the walls to reveal the old stone
-Renovation and matt vitrification of old parquet floors from Hungary to give a second youth to this old floor with a contemporary touch
