Renovation - PUITS GAILLOT Lyon 1er (69)

For this project, BARYMO was assigned the mission of project management for site monitoring and design in tandem with Barn Architecture.
This former commercial space has been completely redesigned from a traffic point of view so that it can be transformed into functional accommodation. The design has kept the objective of producing contemporary, breathable and generous spaces that do not hide their heritage. Moldings and woodwork are thus highlighted in order to keep all the cachet of the old.

Technical details:
-Change of windows to correlate with thermal and acoustic standards
-Creation of networks to make the old commercial premises habitable: plumbing, electricity

Decorative details:
-Renovation of old parquet floors to breathe new life into the property
-Creation of a tailor-made washbasin cabinet to optimize space
