Transformation of a former commercial premises into an apartment in the Terreaux district of Lyon (69)

For this project, BARYMO was awarded the project management mission for site monitoring and design in tandem with Barn Architecture.
This former commercial premises has been completely redesigned from a traffic point of view in order to be able to transform into a functional home. The design has kept the objective of keeping bright and spacious spaces. Moldings and woodwork are preserved and highlighted in order to keep all the character of the old.

Technical details:
-Change of windows to be in correlation with thermal and acoustic standards
-Creation of networks to make the old commercial premises habitable: plumbing, electricity

Decorative details:
-Renovation of old parquet floors to give new life to the property
-Creation of a custom-made washbasin unit to optimize space
