Le Chalet des Nards is the renovation and extension of an old Savoyard farm into 8 pretty apartments in Praz-sur-Arly in Haute Savoie. We were keen to preserve the typical Savoyard architecture and history of this farm so as not to distort the place.
At the heart of the Espace Diamant estate, Le Chalet des Nards offers a magnificent panorama for a family vacation, a weekend for two or simply a lovely living environment. Traditional framework, classic Savoyard coating, old wood effect wood, quality materials and services for warm interiors. 
 
Technical details:
-Creation of intermediate floors for complete overhaul of the building
-Creation of loggias to provide beautiful outdoor spaces for apartments
-Treatment and management of exterior developments with technical constraints (steep slopes, embankments, poor bearing capacity of the soil)
-Structural work with special foundations
-Creation of wooden frame walls on the floors of the building

Decorative details:
-Conservation of the exposed framework for the apartments on the top floor
-Treatment of heated wooden ceilings to add character to the apartments
-Landscaping to create a beautiful outdoor space open to the valley
