Rehabilitation of an apartment following an explosion in Seyssel (74)

Following damage caused by an explosion, Barymo was called upon to completely renovate an apartment. From the new configuration of the apartment to the completion of the work, we supported the client in the rehabilitation of his apartment for the sale of the property.
With a breathtaking view of the Rhone, this apartment offers real potential that needed to be exploited.
Our goal was to revive a completely dilapidated apartment, damaged by time and damage.

Technical details:
-Repair of the partition wall between the accommodation which had been seriously damaged by the explosion
-Repair and adjustment of windows that had come off their tracks

Decorative details:
-Use of cement tiles as a splashback to give character to a sober kitchen
-Creation of a custom-made washbasin unit to optimize space
