Following damage created by an explosion, Barymo was asked for the total renovation of an apartment. From the new configuration of the apartment to the completion of the work, including project management, we supported the client in the restoration of his apartment for the sale of the property.
With a breathtaking view of the Rhône, this apartment offers real potential that had to be exploited.
Our goal was to revive a completely dilapidated apartment, damaged by time and damage.

Technical details:
-Recovery of the dividing wall of the accommodation which had been seriously damaged by the explosion
-Recovery and adjustment of windows that had come out of their tracks

Decorative details:
-Use of cement tiles in splashback to give character to a sober kitchen
-Creation of a tailor-made washbasin cabinet to optimize space
