In collaboration with our partner Barn architecture, BARYMO took care of the realization of this project. We have accompanied our clients for the transformation of a commercial space into a duplex.
Located in Les 3 Vallées, this former ideally located premises has had a facelift. The whole issue of this project was on the good management of heights. The ceiling height of the raw plateau was too high for a single floor, but not enough for 2 floors. The idea was to create an open floor on a large full-height space so as not to crush the living room.
 
Technical details:
-Creation of a mezzanine in boucaud floor in order to optimize spaces and heights
- Realization of large panoramic windows to gain brightness and openness to the outside
Decorative details:
-Creation of a railing with "windows" in clear path combining the opening of the space, decoration and contribution of light
-Use of a large ceiling light to enhance and highlight the high ceilings in the living room
-Reusing old wood for decoration
