Renovation - Grand Seyssel Haute-Savoie (74)

Following a fire, an old building located in an ABF sector was classified as unsanitary and abandoned for seventeen years. In collaboration with Barn Architecture, Barymo took care of the updating of the project design, the project studies and the execution of the works.
Located in the very center, this building offered great potential for housing. We made an elevation to increase   the floor area.
 
Technical details:
-Realization of an elevation to optimize the floor area for new housing
-Total recovery of all networks to make the unsanitary listed building habitable: plumbing, electricity, VMC
-Change of all exterior joinery to meet thermal standards
Decorative details: 
-Creation of railings in clear way worked in order to bring rhythm while letting the light pass
-Creation of a tiled splashback in cement tile effect to bring a little pep to a rather simple kitchen
